    • Can you add the sleeves to any sleeveless outfit? Also can you increase the top length for any short tops?
    • Any available customizations to your order are clarified on the product details page under the customizations tab. You can request any changes while placing the order in customization phase of your purchase. As our designs and materials are exclusive to our collections we may not be able to offer customizations for all outfits.
    • Can I gift any item to my relatives in India or any other country?
    • Yes. You simply need to enter their details into the shipping address and your own details into the billing address at checkout. We will courier the item anywhere in world as a gift from you with a special message that you wish to send.
    • What about the custom duty and other taxes?
    • We courier the goods from India after payment of all local taxes and charges however any taxes or duties at the final destination will have to be borne by the buyer.
    • How am I charged if I make the payment by credit card?
    • We will charge your credit card in Indian Rupees (INR) for the total value of your order. Your credit card company at the prevailing Intra Bank rates converts the amount to USD or your local currency. .
    • Can I make the payment in any currency besides Rupee and USD? What will be the rate of exchange?
    • You can make the payment in Rupees, Euros, USD or Sterling Pound. For the exchange rates you can check with your local bank or with us to know about the prevailing exchange rate at the time of making the payment.
    • Can my relatives make the payment in India in Indian rupees?
    • All our prices are in Indian Rupees, anyone from India or abroad can make the payment in Rupees. So a relative can make the payment locally and we will send the item to you. Please bear in mid that the shipping charges are not included in the product price as shipping charges are calculated separately depending on the destination country.
    • Do you accept personal cheques?
    • Sorry we do not accept personal cheques. We accept payments by Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Amex), International Money Order, Bank Draft, Telegraphic Transfer or Net Banking only
    • What if I want to exchange or return any item?
    • Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned due to the added cost of shipping the items back and forth. We can exchange any other items if they are unused and in the original packaging. Items can be returned to our showroom in Mumbai within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and the cost of sending the items back will be borne by the customer.
    • Do you customize very large or very small sizes?
    • Yes, we can make garments in any size as per the measurements provided. Extra large sizes will incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before payment of the order.
    • Why don't you send the ordered item by local postal service?
    • Postal services deliveries can be uncertain and there is a risk of damaging the articles. It may also take longer for your order to be delivered to you. We prefer to use reputed courier companies to ensure safe, prompt and timely deliveries.
    • What will be the courier charges?
    • Courier charges depend on the destination country. For more information please refer to our Delivery and Shipping page.
    • Can you make delivery at any destination?
    • We deliver annual look books and garments anywhere in the world. For further information on destination countries please refer to our Delivery and Shipping page.
    • How many days does it take to receive the ordered items?
    • Readymade garments that are in stock are shipped immediately once we receive your payment. The regular shipping time is usually 4-5 days. Customized products require 6-8 weeks of making time and will be shipped after completion.
    • Are the Annual Previews free? If not, what are the charges and how do I order?
    • We charge for the annual previews primarily to cover the cost of courier charges. You can check the charges of different annual previews on the order catalogue page. Catalog purchase also let you earn reward points.
    • I am worried about online payment security. Is it safe to pay online?
    • We have tied up with HDFC Bank’s payment Gateway that uses Secure Server access with 128 bit key. We do not store any details pertaining to the credit card of any user on our site. When you choose to pay online you are taken to secure payment gateway of HDFC. Upon completion of transaction we only get a “Payment Success / Failure” response.
